Terms & Conditions

This website is operated by MLH Products Limited (referred to as MLH/we/our/us). As a user of this website (referred to as you/your) you acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make (use/using) is subject to our terms and conditions below (which includes any other important hyper-linked sections.) Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before using this website.


1.1 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website (see date at the top of terms and conditions page) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
1.2 If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use this website.
1.3 When you use MLH Products Limited services please read the additional information provided with regards to such services as this information will provide you with full details on how to use such services.


When can I expect my item?

Normally the item will be with you within 3-5working days (working days excludes weekends and bank holidays) this is provided you have left a valid phone number with your order (mobile numbers are preferred). A phone number is required in case of any issues with delivery, for example, couriers can not find your property or courier has been delayed for any reason. No contact number may delay your delivery.

You shall be notified once dispatched, if the courier attempts delivery and you are not home, a card shall be left with contact details for the courier service for you to be able to call them and rearrange delivery.

We will do our utmost to deliver you item as fast as possible, but please allow for delays in transit due to circumstances which are out of our control. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have not received your item after 7 working days.

Can I have next working day delivery service?

All items will be delivered 3-5 working days after payment has been cleared. We will dispatch items ASAP.


Non-faulty items

You can return non-faulty items if you have changed your mind at any time within 60 days after transaction. Please email to our sales team to inform them that you want to return your item and they will advise you on our return procedure.

We will charge postage for return items, or you the customer can arrange return yourselves.

If you choose to return the item yourself you MUST use recorded delivery or use a courier who can provide tracking information. This information must then be supplied to us.

All return items must be in original, unused condition and packaging.

All return items will be inspected upon arrival, if the condition or packaging is not acceptable, refund may not be issued. If parts are missing then only partial refund shall be issued.

You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the item in transit. We do not take any responsibility until the items have arrived back at our warehouse, refund may not be issued for any damaged or lost items.

Please email us the proof of postage/courier receipt and tracking information once you dispatched the item to us.

We can arrange collection for your items if you can’t find a courier company, but standard courier fee will be deducted from you payment as below. Bath screen: £20,Trays: £20 for the tray sizes less than 900mm, £25 for the trays size 900-1100mm, £35 for the tray sizes 1200mm and larger than 1200mm Shower screen/door: £50 for one item, £78 for multiple items.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days once inspected upon arrival and items have been deemed as good condition.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that the item has developed a fault or has missing parts, you need to notify us within 60 days from purchase. We will send the parts to you free of charge within 5 working days to fix the faulty items or problems. Should items be out of stock we will forward these on to you ASAP. We are happy to send a replacement to you if the additional parts can not resolve the problem.

Missing or damaged parts

Free spare parts could be offered within one month from purchase, postage fee should be paid if order exceeds one month from purchase. Parts should be paid if the item is order exceeds three month from purchase.

After Sales

Please check your items before you sign the consignment note. Any glass damaged you must sign as ‘Goods Damaged’ or refuse the items and report to us immediately. We will send a replacement item to you as soon as possible once you report to us.

We advise you wait to receive your items before booking a plumber to fit your product. Please be aware that you may experience delays in delivery when events occur beyond our control such as extreme weather conditions or items being damaged or lost in transit. Please bare this in mind when booking either annual leave or professional fitters. We will not reimburse professional invoices, your time or any other costs occurred by the delay or condition of a delivery. We strongly advise ordering items in advance of your anticipated work start date.

We will not take any liability for any damage caused after the installation of the product. Please ensure you used a skilled tradesman to install your item.
