  1. Upon receipt of payment for your order, we will dispatch your product within 1 working day.
  2. Delivery will be made 3-5 working days after dispatch.
  3. Delivery address is unable to be changed once ordered. This is due to Paypal rules and regulations. Before placing your order please check all address details on your Paypal are correct, this will help to limit delays in receiving your order. A mobile number is required for delivery purposes when you checkout.
  4. Item’s Delivered by our warehouse delivery team; An email or text message to confirm the delivery arrival date will be received 1 day before delivery. You will receive a call on the day of delivery. Items Delivered by a third-party logistics company; Palletline/TNT – You will receive a tracking number the day after we dispatch your goods. The courier will be in contact with you to arrange delivery. Royal Mail – Delivery takes 3 working days, this will be signed for delivery.
  5. Further Information; It is your responsibility to ensure that you have made the appropriate arrangements to accept delivery or our goods, and where necessary to transport your goods from kerbside into your property. If you fail to accept the delivery and the product is returned to us you will be responsible for any further charges made by the courier. Please advise us of any information the courier may find useful. For example; narrow roads to your property. This can be done with a note to seller when you checkout.
  6. Damages; All goods are required to be checked upon delivery for damages. Do not sign for goods until you have done this. We advise you do not book a plumber/fitter until you have received goods and ensured the quality and all fittings are correct.
