Refund & Returns Policy

1. Item Condition & How to Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must have been purchased from MLH Products Limited and must be unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at sales@mlhproducts.com with your order reference and reason for return (include photos/video if required). Please communicate with us in advance for a smooth process.

2. Fees & Buyer's Remorse

• Restocking / Collection Fee: A fixed fee of £30.00 applies for customer remorse or change-of-mind returns. This will be deducted from your total refund.

3. Refund Process & Address

Once your goods have been collected, returned, and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

Note: We do not cover faults due to incorrect installation.

• Manufacturing Fault / Transit Damage: We will arrange for a courier to collect your product and return it to our warehouse for investigation at no cost to you (£0.00 return fee).
• No Fault Found: If the issue is not a manufacturing fault or transit damage, you will be charged a transit fee for the return and redelivery of the replacement product.
