Purchasing from MLH Products, you are always protected, if you want to return your item this must be done within 30 days from delivery date.
To return an order you please contact us on [email protected], in your email please quote your order reference and clearly explain the reason why you are returning the product adding photos or a video if required.
Requirements for returning your purchasing:
- Must be done within 30days from delivery date.
- Product have been purchased from MLH Products Limited.
- Item is faulty and cannot be installed.
- Wrong item was delivered.
- Item was damaged in transit.
- Any other reason please explain clearly in your email and add photographs and video if possible.
Please note we do not cover faults due to incorrect installation.
If we believe the fault is down to manufacturing faulty or transit damage MLH Products Ltd will arrange for a courier to collect your product and return it to our warehouse for further investigation, if required.
Should the fault not be down to a manufacturing fault or transit damage then the customer will be charged a transit fee for the return and redelivery of the replacement product.
To make this procedure as smooth as possible please communicate with us in advance and explain completely with photos or video so we can resolve the issue quickly.
